Our cannoli contain gluten, eggs, dairy products, cinnamon powder and nuts.
Self pick-up and delivery slots are on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Pre-orders are required at least 5 days in advance as all the key elements of the cannoli are made fresh from scratch.
All orders should be made via our order page. Payments can be made via PayNow and major credit cards.
An order is only considered complete once successful payment has been made.
Self pick up option is available. We are located at Jurong West. Full address will be furnished upon confirmation of order.
We deliver to all locations except Jurong Island, restricted areas such as airlines and cargo areas.
Deliveries will be made by our external partners and are charged at $10.00 per location.
Please ensure that someone is present to collect the order at the time of delivery. We will call the number provided in the order and will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes. If no one is present to receive the cannoli at the time of delivery, the customer has the option to arrange for another delivery to the same or a different address at an additional $15, subject to availability. All new delivery charges are to be paid via PayNow only.
All orders not delivered successfully will be discarded after two days. There will be no refunds in such situations.
Orders are subject to the following cancellation policy:
- There will be no refund if cancellation is made within 7 days of delivery.
- Orders that are not fulfilled due to circuit breaker measures will be 100% refunded.
- All refunds will be made via PayNow within 7 days from the cancellation date.
